After reduce creatinine what food can keep into it

In general, when the creatinine level reaches to 451-707, the condition develops into Renal Failure. And high creatinine can cause patients feel poor appetite, nausea and vomiting and so on. Lost of creatinine and other waste products accumulate in the body and destroy the kidney and other organs.

Maybe the only way to lower creatinine that Renal Failure patients come up with is dialysis. We can not deny that dialysis can lower creatinine and the excessive water, moreover, the treatment effects is very obvious. However, dialysis can cause many side effects, such as low blood pressure, sleeping problems, itchy skin, ED and etc. Dialysis can not treat kidney disease but make the kidney function worse and worse. And the final result of long-term dialysis must be a kidney transplant.

A reasonable diet can maintain the creatinine level to some extent, however, it can only play a helping role. Anyway, a reasonable diet is good to you and you should know something about it.

Reduce serum creatinine and keep it foods: garlic, raw onions, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, oat bran, fruit, soy milk and etc.

Eat less of these foods: red meats, caffein, white bread, white flour, sweets, butter and etc.
