Can relapse of proteinuria cause kidney failure

As we all know, relapse of proteinuria can bring enormous damage to patients with renal disease, eg edema high risk of thrombosis and poisoning. Some people suspect that the relapse of proteinuria can cause kidney failure.

Proteinuria is an early symptom of patients with nephritis, when the amount of proteinuria is more 200msg / 24, the test of respiratory tract infection may show a positive reaction, then we call the proteinuria. Many patients with chronic nephritis suffer symptoms of proteinuria, when the "+" of proteinuria decreases, the joy they crazy, whereas when there are more "+", they are bad mood, and some patients go to hospital to take the test each time, if they are cold or tired, the test result can lead to hopelessness. However, when patients with chronic nephritis are struggling with the multiplication of "+", the level of creatinine is high, the development of chronic nephritis can cause kidney failure.

Relapse of proteinuria can trigger kidney failure. Immune complex deposition in the kidneys can cause blockage of the filter function glomerulus, and in this case, the plasma protein and comes just after the proteinuria. The immune complex refers to waste produced by immune cells of swallowing bacteria and viruses, if not cleaned, they will continue to make dirty the kidney and can cause kidney failure or even the uremia. Relapse of proteinuria is just because the immune complex in the kidney has not been cleaned, once the external cause of infection or fatigue, proteinuria reappears. When patients agree to treatment of proteinuria, because if the uncertain cause of proteinuria, and after taking a drug, which may decrease the level of proteinuria, proteinuria can quickly turn to negative, but the root leading to the disease is still there. If things continue like this, the immune complex is deposited in the kidney, which can lead to increased creatinine and finally cause renal failure.

However, in the process aggravated the disease, patients can not feel it. Compensation for the kidney is strong enough, and only when more than half of renal function was lost, patients feel discomfort obvious. When renal function deteriorated can only take the kidney biopsy, which can also bring enormous damage to patients if it is not well made. Thus, unless it is necessary for patients to take the biopsy, normally, experts do not recommend it.

In short, the relapse of proteinuria can cause kidney failure. To prevent kidney failure caused by proteinuria, avoiding immune complex deposition in the kidneys, and only what we can achieve the aim of blocking renal fibrosis fundamentally.
