What test should we take - The renal failure

If you want to know have suffered from kidney failure or not, some tests are necessary. As follows:
1.Test blood
When patients have symptoms of anemia and the leukocyte is normal or high, at the same time decrease the pads, be careful.
2.Test urinary
Urine output decreases, most of the time, the volume is less than 1000 ml per day.
3. Urinary specific gravity
The protein in the urine increases, but later reduced protein in the urine, because most of the renal glomeruli are damaged.
Urinary sediment:
red cells, leucocytes and epithelial cells, all cells can be found.
4. Test of renal function
The level of creatinine in the blood (serum creatinine) 442-707μmol / L, (5-8mg/dl)
The level of nitrogen in the blood urine 17.9-28.6 mmol / L (50-80 mg / dl)
5. Blood biochemical examination
Albumin in blood plasma decreased, blood calcium is less than the normal level. The phosphorus in the blood increase.
6.D other tests
In addition, X-ray radiography, renal scan, renal biopsy, and isotope scintigraphy are useful for testing kidney failure.
Kidney failure should be treated as soon as possible. If kidney failure can be tested early and treated early, the prognosis is better. For normal people, regular testing can help test the disease early and prevent serious diseases.
